I give high praise to Cage Memorial. In 2023 they handled my mother's funeral service, navigating a complex process. She lived in Atlanta, GA with a family member, until her death. Then we had her remains sent back to Chicago for interment. Cage Memorial worked with a local Atlanta funeral home to bring our mother home to Chicago and then arrange the usual and customary funeral arrangements. They were patient in dealing with our small family and navigating the requests of the three family members involved in making the arrangements.

The professionalism from the director Roland and his wife Bethany was exemplary. Though visiting this business is extremely hard on any family, their comforting words guiding my family through the process was heartfelt and important. This experience was a first for me and my siblings, but with Cage's direction it was a seamless process. We were extremely pleased with how our mother was presented. Thank you.

At one of the worst times in my existence, Mr. & Mrs. Criswell and the staff at Cage Memorial were a blessing to my soul. The loss of one’s beloved Mother can be one of the hardest, heaviest burdens to bear but the Criswells made it better. From our initial contact, to assistance with burial decisions, to how absolutely amazing my Mother looked, to help with moving my Father from Mt. Hope to Abraham Lincoln Cemetery so Mommy and Daddy could rest TOGETHER, The Criswells from Cage were ON POINT! I cannot say enough great things about them.
